Untitled
This is a picture I took in the studio for "make object special." There's nothing special about it, just the fact that it's a random can that's a little off balance - which is why I like it.

The Antiwar Numero 2
Ain't That Fresh?
Sorry for the really crappy/lo-res-looking picture, just click on it and it should look alright. This was another picture I did for a public message assignment. Personally, I love it (and you should too! It took at least 2 hours to cut the shopping cart out!), but most people don't get the joke. Because of this, I'll explain it: in the Guns N' Roses song Civil War, there is a line that says, "you're power hungry, sellin' soldiers in a human grocery store - ain't that fresh?" So it's pretty much a play off of that line. Enjoy.

The Pinhole Bridge
Bridge
This is a pinhole picture I took sometime in September 07 I think. Me and a friend tried to do a motion blur and capture him moving up and down the stairs. He didn't really come out (if you look really closely you can see him), but the grain on the wood looks pretty cool. I scanned the picture into photoshop and coloured it.

The Post Numero Uno!
Here's the first post of my photography blog. I'm mainly doing this to see how some people like my work. Good, bad, total suckage, I'm open to constructive criticism.
Since this is the first post, I'll kick it off with quite a few images, enjoy!
Since this is the first post, I'll kick it off with quite a few images, enjoy!
The first five images were taken in a studio at school in my photography class. We were trying to get close-up shots of everyday, mundane, regular objects.

Untitled #4
I took this shot a while back in the studio. I didn't really like it, but when I made it solid black and white I liked how it looked. Gear Me
The friend above took this shot of me. I started with 3 different gears and made my own "texture" that I put on my face. The cloth was originally pink, but I felt that it clashed with the darker nature of the picture, so I made it grey. I felt that the picture would seem too monotone if I changed the hat to be grey as well, so I left it in its original state.
Untitled #5
I took this at least 6 months back for a pinhole assignment in my class. I liked the line the rail had, so I chose that to be my subject. For my second pinole shot ever I think it turned out pretty well!
Curious
I was bored, so I grabbed my mom's film camera and took a few funny pictures of my brother and my cat. The quality isn't that great and I could probably fix it in photoshop, but since it was just for fun, I don't see any point in putting in the time.
